Mitchell Mallette

Mitchell has 9+ years of experience in the disability/mental health sector specifically in the brain injury field. He graduated with a Bachelor of Social Work Degree from Laurentian University and is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).  He has extensive experience in both the public and private sector of health care, providing case consultation, clinical assessment and treatment, counselling support, discharge planning, and system navigation.

Mitchell completed his master’s degree at Brock University in Disability studies with a focus on Applied Behaviour Analysis.  He works from a variety of treatment modalities such as; solution focused, mindfulness based cognitive behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment, strength based / client centred, and solution focused therapy when applicable.
